Birch Main Door now Fixed
The Birch main door is now fixed and owners/tenants/visitors can now use their codes for the main door.
The Board and Strata wants to thank all owners / tenants for your understanding and co-operation during this time.
Birch Main Door – You will need to enter with your key or thru the Garage access keypad with your code.
Please be advised that the Birch Main Door access panel code is not working. A technician has looked at the door and a part is now on order.
In the interim please be advised you will need to enter with your key or alternatively you can enter with your code thru the Garage door access panel. For additional information please see the Owner Info page.
The Strata will inform everyone once the door is fixed.

Boil Alert has now been lifted by the Village of Radium and Willow Main Water line is back on and running
Please be advised that the Village of Radium has lifted the boil alert see attached News Release.
Additionally, the Willow Main water line is back on and running.
Willow – Main Water Line Shut Down for the next 4 – 6 hours
Please be advised that the Willow Building will not have water for the next 4-6 hours due a water leak from the main boiler line. Plumber is already working on the issue and has advised that it may take 4-6 hrs to get the water back.
Boil Water Advisory Still in Effect -Notice Update
The Village of Radium is expecting the boil water advisory to be in effect until sometime next week. For the latest update regarding the boil water advisory from the Village of Radium see attached document.

BOIL WATER NOTICE
The Village of Radium Hot Springs Water System has issued a precautionary boil water advisory, due to a maintenance and planned repair required at the water treatment plant, which represents a breach in system integrity and the potential for contamination of drinking water.
Boil water before using it for drinking, making ice, cooking, washing food, or brushing teeth.
Use a hand sanitizer after washing hands.
UNTIL NOTIFIED, all users are advised to: 1. Bring water to a rolling boil for at least ONE minute, or 2. Use an alternate, safe source of water. INFORMATION AND UPDATES WILL BE POSTED AT: http://www.radiumhotsprings.ca (250) 347-6455

July 23, 2019 – The Peaks Board of Directors Special Hearing Meeting
Minutes of the Special Strata Board Hearing meeting held July 23, 2019 are now available through the Owner Info page.
Peaks Parking – No parking in Fire Lanes or anywhere other than designated parking spots is allowed
As many owners, tenants and visitors may have noticed that Canfor has blocked the area behind the garbage building which many individuals used as overflow parking.
As a result some of you maybe tempted to park in Peaks fire lanes or take up multiple parking spots. This is not allowed nor will it be tolerated.
Any vehicle deemed to be in violation of our parking rules and bylaws maybe fined, ticketed and/or towed at owners expense.
Peaks New Manager/Caretaker
Michael Villanueva
I am please to announce that Michael Villanueva is our new Peaks Manager /Caretaker as of Aug 1, 2019.
Michael lives here at the Peaks for over nine years with my family. He was previously working as a maintenance supervisor at Copper Point Resort under the Engineering department since 2011.
You may all recognize him as he has also been the Peaks pool operator for many years. Michael looks forward to taking care of the Peaks and meeting you all.
