In the interim please be advised you will need to enter with your key or alternatively you can enter with your code thru the Garage door access panel. For additional information please see the Owner Info page.

Boil Water Notice – Issued by the Village of Radium

BOIL WATER NOTICE

The Village of Radium Hot Springs Water System has issued a precautionary boil water advisory, due to a maintenance and planned repair required at the water treatment plant, which represents a breach in system integrity and the potential for contamination of drinking water.

Boil water before using it for drinking, making ice, cooking, washing food, or brushing teeth.

Use a hand sanitizer after washing hands.

Peaks Parking – No parking in Fire Lanes or anywhere other than designated parking spots is allowed

As many owners, tenants and visitors may have noticed that Canfor has blocked the area behind the garbage building which many individuals used as overflow parking.

As a result some of you maybe tempted to park in Peaks fire lanes or take up multiple parking spots. This is not allowed nor will it be tolerated.

Any vehicle deemed to be in violation of our parking rules and bylaws maybe fined, ticketed and/or towed at owners expense.

Peaks New Manager/Caretaker

I am please to announce that Michael Villanueva is our new Peaks Manager /Caretaker as of Aug 1, 2019.

Michael lives here at the Peaks for over nine years with my family. He was previously working as a maintenance supervisor at Copper Point Resort under the Engineering department since 2011.

You may all recognize him as he has also been the Peaks pool operator for many years.  Michael looks forward to taking care of the Peaks and meeting you all.
