Peaks Maintenance Position
As some of you know, Joel Brenner will be leaving us in December. The Strata is therefore seeking candidates for our contract caretaker/maintenance, site supervisor position. This position is posted on Indeed.
While the Strata is happy to hear from all qualified candidates, this position would be well suited for a retired, or soon to be retired, journeyman tradesman. Someone qualified from the Columbia Valley would perhaps be ideal. Though, the Strata remains open to hearing from applicants from any locale.

June & July’s Board Meeting Minutes
The correct June 16, 2022 and a draft of the July 26, 2022 Strata Board meeting minutes have now been posted on the Owners’ Info site. The July 26 minutes are still a draft, as there was no meeting planned in August due to holidays, and the September meeting was cancelled due to the lack of a quorum. So, the board has not yet voted on accepting the July minutes. The Board sincerely apologises on the delay in getting these minutes posted. The next meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2022.
Scheduled Power Outage
BC Hydro is going to be making electrical system improvements to our property at the below date & time. A copy of their email will be forwarded to all owners and posted in all our buildings.
Outage Date: Thursday, October 13, 2022
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Location(s): 4763, 4765, 4767. 4769 Forsters Ldg Rd – Radium Hot Springs
Please note: As we have no back-up power source, this outage will affect all elevators, parkade garage doors, keyless code entry, the hot pool, etc.
To prepare for this interruption and protect equipment from damage, turn off all lights, electric heaters and major appliances and unplug all electronics.
