EARLY REMINDER OF STRATA NES2402 CORP
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dear Owners,
This is an early reminder that the FY2026 Annual General Meeting of Strata NE2402 Corp. to be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the Amenities Building of The Peaks in Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia. You will also be able to attend online. Both online and in person registrations will commence at 9:00 AM, and the meeting starts at 9:30am Mountain Savings Time.
Please indicate by email if you are going to attend in person or by Virtual (online) stratacorp@radiumpeaks.com.
An information package for the AGM will be emailed no later than March 14, 2025. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the AGM package, please let us know by email at the above address.
As a strata lot owner, if you are unable to attend the AGM, either in person or online, it is imperative that you assign your vote by proxy to a member of the Strata Board or another Owner who will be attending, to ensure we attain a quorum.
Also, anyone interested in running as a board member please contact the board at stratacorp@radiumpeaks.com. We would welcome the opportunity to work with you to make the Peaks a better Strata.
