Please be advised that the Strata will be closing the Outdoor and Indoor Hot tub on Thursday February 27 and will reopen Friday February 28. The temporary closure is so to replaced some parts in our floor and Hot tub heating system.

To protect our balconies, the board is requesting that owner/tenants/ renters use plastic shovel or broom to remove the snow, additionally please ensure no one is on their balcony below you.

Dear Owners,

As weather permits the Volunteer Maintenance Committee would like to identify potential issues with the decks and railings in your building.    

We ask each owner/tenant to provide the Strata permission. This can be done by email stratacorp@radiumpeaks.com or you can call the 1(866) 364-7424 ext 3.  

To minimize the impact to owners we will commence this work during non peak days and times. Monday – Friday from 9:00 am- 5:00pm between Feb 11 – March 31.  Work will commence in Birch and Willow Building.   

The process will be for the Peaks Manager/Caretaker along with one member of the Maintenance Committee will enter your suite and access the deck/patio.  The inspection should take no longer than 15 minutes and no further maintenance work is planned at this time. The individuals will knock first prior to entering, if no response then they will enter the suite and performing this inspection.    

If there is a day and time during this time period that does not work for you or you prefer the inspection to be done when you are in your suite during the weekday or weekend please include this information in your email and voice message so we can accommodate your request.

If you have changed your locks or code please provide us with your new ones.

Please be advised that Poplar Building main water line will be shut down tomorrow, January 25,2020 from 9am – 2pm due to a leak from one of the suite, leak is already under control and plumber is scheduled to come tomorrow to fix the issue.

Please be advise that the outdoor hot tub is now open.

Due to unforeseen issues, the board meeting scheduled for yesterday Jan 10, 2020 has been postponed until Tuesday January 28, 2020.

Please be advice that for the safety of everybody as well of our pool and hot tub equipments, the Strata will be closing the outdoor hot tub temporarily as of today January 14, 2020 until further notice due to freezing weather condition.
