Dear Owners,
Your board of directors is making every effort to stay apprised of the ongoing evolution of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic situation and its potential impact on our condominium complex.
The Board has decided the following:
- The scheduled AGM for Saturday March 28, 2020 is cancelled.
- The board is currently in consultations with CHOA on how to conduct a restricted proxy for this AGM. We will send out a notice within the near future with the specifics and additional information.
- We are asking for anyone who is interested in becoming a board/council member to advise the board via email stratacorp@radiumpeaks.com by Sunday March 29th, so we can add your name to the council (board) nomination for the restricted proxy. Please also provide a brief biography so owners can understand why you want to be on the board/council so they can vote accordingly.
The board has made the hard decision to cancel the upcoming AGM in the effort to contain the spread of COVID 19 and to protect owners, tenants and visitors. Our priority is the health, safety and well being of our owners, tenants and staff.
