Notice of Scheduled Power Outage Friday May 24, 2019

Outage Date:  Friday, May 24, 2019

Time:  12:00AM to 6:00AM (MDT) (Overnight Outage)

Locations:  4763, 4765, 4767, and 4769 Forsters Landing, Radium Hot Springs

Please Note: This outage will affect elevators, parkades, gate entrances and exits, etc.

To prepare for this interruption and protect equipment from damage, turn off all lights, electric heaters and major appliances and unplug all electronics.

Respect Building Security

A recent incident has been brought to our attention where the secure entrance door of a building was propped open.  Such incidents are periodically reported, and concerning regarding site security/safety.

Whether you are expecting guests, have a contractor working in your unit, or for any other reason please respect that the building perimeter doors including the entrance, stairwells and other exits, are to remain closed and latched.

Do you need to submit FORM K?

Are you renting your unit? If you are, whether it’s short-term (periods of 21 days or less) or long-term (periods greater than 21 days), a Form K – Notice of Tenants Responsibilities must be submitted to the Strata Corp.

If you are using the services of a property management company (such as High Country Vacation Rentals, Green Door Property Management or Rocky Mountain Properties), the management company is considered a Landlord and a Form K must be submitted to the Strata Corp completed with the information of the management entity.

In the event your Landlord and/or Tenancy changes a new Form K must be submitted.  If your Tenancy ends, we appreciate you letting us know so we can keep records up to date.  Number of units rented is a piece of information we are legally responsible to track and keep current.
