FY21 Annual General Meeting will be conducted by Restricted Proxy Vote

Dear owners,

Your volunteer board of directors is making every effort to stay apprised of the ongoing evolution of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic situation and its potential impact on our condominium complex.

On March 21, 2020 the volunteer board notified owners that the AGM to be held on Saturday March 28, 2020 was cancelled due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its isolation requirements.

The volunteer board has obtained connected and obtained advice from CHOA on how to proceed with this year’s AGM during this unprecedented time. As a result of this pandemic, there will be no in person meeting held with owners and instead there will be a Special General Meeting by restricted proxy.

The restricted proxy will include all the motions that owners will need to vote on.

The Notice Package and Restricted Proxy will be sent to the owners by either email or physical mail depending if we have their consent to email on file by April 1st. The previous proxy we received will be void as all owners must send in a signed and complete restricted proxy form and vote on each motion presented.

Owners who have questions around the AGM package sent on March 12, 2020 or the new restricted proxy package that will be sent out on April 1st can contact the board  by email stratacorp@radiumpeaks.com or call the Strata toll free number 1-866-364-7424 and choose option 3 and leave a message and a board member will respond within 48 hours.

The board will tabulate the proxies and review and report all resolutions at the Wednesday April 22, 2020 @ 7pm Board meeting.

We once again ask all owners to send in consent to receive notifications by email so we do not have to mail out the physical form to owners and incur the associated costs.
