Owners,
As per previous communications the Strata (Owners, Strata Plan NES2402) was a party in a case regarding past strata fees.
The CRT has made its ruling, please see attached web link decision and orders for details.
The Strata was unsuccessful in defending the claim, however was able to limit the claim period to one year.
The Strata Board will provide further details in the coming days/weeks of the next steps to meet the “Orders” as set out by the CRT.
