Obey all posted signs in the surface parking lot and be aware of the rules and bylaws that relate to parking. Rules & bylaws are available to the public and can be found in the Public Archive. Violations may result in the vehicle being towed and impounded at the owner’s expense and risk, or a fine to the Unit to which the vehicle is connect of up to $200.
Two days in a row a truck with attached horse trailer parked on site. This vehicle is parked in a signed fire lane / no parking zone, is parked on site with an attached trailer violating bylaws, and just plain inconsiderately parked on the lawn (potentially another bylaw violation if the lawn is damaged).
Bylaw additions and changes voted in favor of at the last AGM are now fully enforceable. Current bylaws as well as rules are available in the Public Archive.

Are you renting your unit? If you are, whether it’s short-term (periods of 21 days or less) or long-term (periods greater than 21 days), a Form K – Notice of Tenants Responsibilities must be submitted to the Strata Corp.
If you are using the services of a property management company (such as High Country Vacation Rentals, Green Door Property Management or Rocky Mountain Properties), the management company is considered a Landlord and a Form K must be submitted to the Strata Corp completed with the information of the management entity.
In the event your Landlord and/or Tenancy changes a new Form K must be submitted. If your Tenancy ends, we appreciate you letting us know so we can keep records up to date. Number of units rented is a piece of information we are legally responsible to track and keep current.
